needing advice on buying a 99 5 speed 4runner. its a v6 with 300,000 miles, it turns over but havent heard it run. it has a swapped in elocker but wired up. been off the road since 2014 also has 2 rust holes on the frame. the guy wants 2500. what would you offer or would you just stay away.
