I had a similar problem with the entune system in one of my other cars, with an android phone, I deleted the entune app from the phone then reinstalled it and it works perfect now.

The factory sub is a dual voice coil sub both at e4 ohm voice coils wired in parallel to give the amp a 2 ohm load if you replace is it is best to use a dual 4 ohm voice coil speaker or single voice coil 2ohm they will both work.

Yo should send those back I have them in my 08 Camry, 11 Tacoma and all of our 11. 4 runners and they all fit perfect even the Camry that is not normal for weathertech.
