TRD Aluminum Oil Filler Cap Upgrade. 2017 4Runner TRD PRO Cement.
I had one if these on my celica back in the day and it gets hot AF just fyi. You will need a towel handy if you need to remove it after the engine is fully warmed.- PM_Aero

Windshield Fluid Stains on Paint
maybe it will come off the same way it got on... try wetting a cloth with the same wiper fluid, then use that cloth to wet and rub the stained area, then wipe of with a different cloth.- PM_Aero
