Wife found replacement power antennae mast at her dad's. I was able to remove mast but plastic gear belt was broke in middle and the other end would not come up with motor running. Will have to remove motor too fix. Installed new wiper blades and just got acquainted with Pops. Less wind noise...
Has been my mechanic for over 20 years. 600 was if he needed to go into the steering wheel. He said it could be sensors in a seat or the seat belt but he would pull the codes to narrow the choices. A bad mechanic wouldn't have told me to cover it up with tape.
