I'm currently right in the middle of installing them into my 00' Limited. Initial thoughts on quality are very good. Tech support has been helpful as well. I should have the rear done tonight so I'll report back in a couple of days with how they feel.

For the third member you need specialty tools to get the preload on the carrier bearings correct. Everything I have read recommends near 150ft lb. I made some myself in about five minutes that work excellent. I haven't started the front yet but I am going to assume it's not going to be any more...

What different sizes does your average shim kit come with?

I am seeing that it is a good idea to leave the crush sleeve out until I get the desired pinion depth, my question here is how tight do I want the nut on the end of the pinion? I'm assuming I'd want the nut tight enough so the pinion doesnt have any play in it.

Do you know if the stock shim will allow the pinion depth to be correct or will I have to add or subract some? From what I am reading the stock shim seems to work most of the time but I wanted to see if anyone has a personal experience with it.
