The wrench arrived and it worked very well. Thank you for the help. Putting the other nuts on and doing the inner nut first probably also helped.

I'm running into the same issue on my 4Runner. I got the top two nuts off on each side, it's just the inner-most nut that's giving me issues. I've tried using an open end wrench and a mallet to move it with no luck. It's been sprayed with PB Blaster for a couple days in a row. It's impossible...
