had a similar problem in a Chevy pickup. It was very hard diagnose. It turned out to be the knock sensor. I found it by putting it on a Dyno and watching the spark timing
I’m so sick of ICON upper control polyurethane bushings squeaking. If the ding a lings at ICON would just make nylon or bronze bushings, the problem would be forever solved. I’ve replaced mine 3 times, always use superlube, usually every 5k miles. The bushings suck!

Wobbly mount
Looking at that cheezy bottom bracket clamp, one can easily see why it became wobbly. You might try epoxy -- the good stuff, like West System.
