From what I found, Illinois law states you must have a front plate, and a frame must not cover any information on it. Since the bar covers it up, it may be illegal already.

It's much more fun to curl than it is to watch imo. I'm not too serious about it, it's more about having a good time than anything. Managed to take 4th place though that weekend out of 80 or so teams, we had a bit of luck. :)

Yeah, I saw that. I sometimes think pretty hard about moving, since at my technical job I could make 50-70% more in the Twin Cities. But my wife and I are happy here, although when retirement comes I don't see myself sticking around.
