yet another lift thread - about to pull the trigger !!

I was in the same boat as you. After reading a ton of build threads and going through the Lift Information FAQ thread I still wasn't 100% sure what to get. With a post and some help from snOwrunner I narrowed it down to the following list of parts from Toytec. The total cost was around $700...

    3rd gen lift questions

What is the eye-to-stud adapter for the 5100's that you mentioned? Is that something extra that I have to order?

    3rd gen lift questions

Thanks for the help in trying to save me some money, but if I'm replacing parts I would rather replace with new. I've got roughly $700 to spend. Can anyone give me a real world comparison of the Tundra TRD springs and the 881's? Also, if there is anything else I might need to get for the build.

    3rd gen lift questions

Won't the 883 be too stiff, I don't ever plan on running an aftermarket bumper or winch. That's kind of why I was looking at the 881. I'm not trying to argue with you guys, I just have a limited budget and I can't afford to do it twice. And I appreciate all the advice you guys can give me.

    3rd gen lift questions

I thought I need the spacers to give me the 3" inches. Any suggestions on the rear shocks. I was going with the ones I listed to save a few bucks. The budget is tight and they are $100 cheaper than the Bilsteins.

If for some reason the other deals falls through on the Bilstein 5100 with tundra coils, I'll take them.

Feeler: 5 Brand New Bridgestone Dueler H/T 265/70/17 ... Michigan

I may be interested. Looking for a set for temporary use till I save up for something more aggressive. If you don't mind me asking, how much did the tire store offer you for them?
