2001 4runner sr5 4wd on bald 265/70R16 tires i average 18mpg in the city and have gotten up to 22mpg on the highway a couple of times. gas gauge doesnt work so i go by mielage and calculate my mpg regularly.

Yep wires in the rear most passenger window but no switch so I guess I have the splitter type setup. Now time to find the end where both antenna wires meet the splitter.

Usually on other vehicles this plugs into the radio but that spot was taken and plus I found the plug end coming from behind the passenger airbag which is what really confuses me.
