Does the bumper have a specific part number vs a stock bumper? And have they changed out the bumper stay's previously?

Sorry to bring this post back up and also sorry to thread jack. But, it's the only one that describes the part I'm having issues with. I have a 2012 limited and just bought a TRD skid plate. The bolts that came out of the sub brace that held the stock skid are way smaller than the ones that are...

They use the flat TRD cap right? Something about that just threw me off. wasnt sure on the black either. Appears to be more gloss imo. Thanks for the info though

I haven't taken my keys out of my pocket to start a car in ages. Purchased a 2012 limited and couldn't be happier. I did decide that I loved the trd pro's looks so instead of spending 42k I just converted mine into a trd pro clone. But, I have auto headlights and push to start

I'll snap some pics once I have my TRD wheels on. It looks terrible with the limited wheels. I'll also get you a list of the parts I used. Very easy to do. To do it properly for 2012 you need to buy the rear door moldings and have them color matched

Started my 2014-2017 front and rear end conversion today. Also swapped out the 2012 limited rocker moldings. The front end conversion is pretty crazy.

The trd black wheels are on a stop sale due to low inventory. The gray are still available in my area. Snagged a set today and having them powder coated matte black tomorrow.
