    HELP!!! (Posting Pics_

Finally figured out the photo attachment using photobucket. How did you keep your truck so clean while driving in that mud? I really like that midnight blue color - was between that and Pacific Blue metallic when I ordered my truck. R104~original[/IMG]

    Cornfed 2/1

~original[/IMG] Thanks for the instructions Simple - I'm practicing a photo attachment. The only thing that might hold me back from taking off the running boards is that I use a Thule rack sometimes (as shown in the picture) and it's kind of nice to be able to stand on the running board. R104

nice truck Nice 4Runner Simple. I have an 05 SR5. I think the square wheel fenders look great with the lift. How do you attach your photos? I would like to post one of mine. Was it easy to take off the running boards? Thanks, R104

New here!! FJ or 4R??? help...

That white FJ is a sweet vehicle - I definitely would have considered one had they been available in 05 when I bought my 4Runner. I may be biased, but I think Toyota's trail-ready choices have the best designs out there. I would take an FJ hands down over a Hummer or Jeep.

    Cornfed 2/1

In response to DenZ. I just installed the 3/2 Cornfed and it is awesome. I waivered between 2/1 and 3/2 and am glad I went with the 3/2. It looks and rides great with the tires I am running. With the assistance my brother and complete air power the entire installation took about 3 hours...

Here is one off-road venture, on one of the smoother portions of the road.

    4runner usage

I do occasional towing of a small camper and do enjoy off-roading ventures at least once a year.

Looking at 4 runners. Need some advice.

My 2005 4Runner is a V6 SR5 has a center differential locking feature which can be engaged when the vehicle is in four wheel drive mode. This locks the differential for improved traction in slippery or off-road conditions and is a great feature. I believe the Tacoma has the rear diff lock but...

New here!! FJ or 4R??? help...

I have only sat in the FJ, and have not test driven. I would say visibility is better in the 4Runner which may also be a factor if your wife has a bad back. Turning and checking blind spots would probably be easier in the 4Runner. I think the FJ is a great vehicle too - but the 4Runner has...
