    Brake Light Issue

Hey y'all, I tried searching but might not have searched the right way. I am having a weird issue with my driver side brake light on my 2016 4Runner. When I hit the brakes, all of the lights come on, but the driver side is significantly dimmer than the passenger side. When my headlights are on...

Navigation, POI, How to Disable; 21 T4R 5th Gen Premium

Easiest way to do it is to set a destination, then on the screen where it is displaying the map, there's a button that says "Options." In there, you'll be able to choose "map style" or something like that and it'll show you a few options. Pick the one where it's just the map full time and then...

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

I changed out my original wiper blades on my 2016 TRD Bro. Sweet lawd baby Jesus I can see in the dark when it's raining again.

What gen is the best for off-roading?

If we are talking no traction aids or anything, bone stock, I'd say 1st gen with the solid axles. But, stock for stock, if you've got a new off roader, a 4th or 5th gen (in my opinion) would be best for them. With A-trac being so handy off road. a 3rd Gen with the stock rear locker is perfect...

    So who's got rattles?

HOLY CRAP MAN. I've been dealing with that damn rattle for so long now, and after removing literally everything out of the back of the truck, couldn't find it. Seeing your comment here, I immediately went and tried that and BOOM. FIXED. WHAT. THE. SHIT. Thank you for being the random person to...

Let's See your LED's *Pic Heavy*

Does anyone know whether the dual hidden bar setup will cause heating issues? I live in Texas and I've had people ask me advice on the dual bar setup vs a single bar, and while I get the appeal of double the lumens, I'm worried about enough air getting to the radiator? I've got one single bar...

    Steering wheel vibration Poll

I thought mine was a number of things, but I had my brakes done yesterday (rotors and pads) and ALL vibrations went away. Even with 33” KO2’s, which I thought for sure were the issue, there is no more wobble. They did not rotate the tires either, per request as I’d just done that. The rotors...

    5th Gen running 285's and speedo/mileage question

I would recommend getting a gps app that shows speed. When I made the switch to 285’s, it actually corrected my vehicle as it showed I was going faster than I really was with the stock size. As for MPG, that’s gonna be dependent on your foot really. I will say that past 70mph, my mpg goes way...

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Nice! Is this Bridgeport? I’m in the Dallas area also and go out there from time to time

What did you do to/in your 5th Gen today?!

Wasn’t today, but the other day I used it like the pickup truck it’s ancestor used to be haha. The Rago side panels sure came in handy to protect my windows and to allow me to strap stuff down better, and the Canvasback cargo liners kept the inside in good shape. The canvasback liners are...

    285’s on pro wheels....

As a Pro owner, I agree with these guys. If you’re gonna swap for kings, you may as well get the Premium. You can add the skid plate and the TRD Grille later. The main advantage of a Pro is 1. The color and 2. The package you get if you’re not wanting to modify, but want something just a bit...

    Trd pro lift question

For me, I got the 2” lift which was about $440. I haven’t measured to see if I got any more or less, but it’s a noticeable lift. I’ll post a before and after for you. You can really notice it when you’re driving next to a stock one.

    Trd pro lift question

To also compliment on BoydsRunner with regards to the control arms, I’ve got the factory control arms, however I have been able to get an alignment with my KO2’s in the same size as his Ridge Grapplers. Mine are E Load though, and they do ride a little tougher than the stock Terra’s. However...

    Trd pro lift question

I’m another advocate for the Toytec lift. It lets you keep what you’re paying for in terms of the ride and how they perform, but it gives you two extra inches or so. I fit 285 KO2’s on mine, and never rub. I’ve also got my front sway bar off and even then, they’ve never rubbed while off roading...
