I think so, you need to still be under the original manufacturer's warranty which is 3yr/36Kmi.

Sounds reasonable. The lowest I was quoted was $1,200 for the 6yr?/100K warranty, I ended up going with the 8yr/125K for $1,500. Double check your year limit though as it doesn't sound right. I think it is 6 yr or 8yr on the 100K.
