Mystery solved :D Thanks to all of you for the help. Had the door panel off but not unplugged from anything three times. Not until the last time I took it off completely did I find the rattle was in the door, not the panel. Turns out it was the black box that the cables for unlocking and...

After reading the manual. I still have a question about using 4L on dry roads. I know it's a low speed gear and the manual says not to lock the center diff. But will it harm anything to drive in 4L ? Thanks 05 Limited V8

Thanks that is what I call helpful ! It's such a minor clicking sound and the best way to get something done right is to do it yourself.

Anyone know what the proper procedure is to remove the door panels on a 05 limited ? I don't want to just pull and possibly break something. I got this small squeek and it seems to be the drivers door panel. Thought I'd put something behind the panel to stop the noise.
