Another fan of OEM's here (Toyota and Lexus both). I'll add - Quarterly Clay Bar and a thorough windshield cleaning also does wonders for any wiper's performance (clean when replacing blades).
So, had an accident in my '13 T4R on July 4th - no one was hurt. Ended up barely past totaled per the adjuster. 195k miles of trouble-free service, and insurance paid out $19.5k.
Picked up a lovely 2017 GX460 Premium with 38k miles. Just wanted to say "bye all" - I'm sure I'll still poke my...
I'm having a similar issue:
My username is "Randyman..." (with the ellipses), but I'm getting re-directed to profile "randyman" (not me!) when trying to access quote/like notifications and such.
Thanks for looking into this,

'13 SR5 4x4 - Close to 180K - No issues - just regular maintenance.
A/C Blower started 'clicking' a few months ago - never actually went out or gave me problems - I proactively replaced it on my dime a few months ago. Front Wheel Bearings are grumbling - I'll replace them soon.
Any interior LED Light upgrades recently? I had a few LED's that would barely stay on with all doors closed - but would take 2-3 days to drain where it wouldn't start (Like parked at the airport :( )...
Yup - Fender Liner is the ticket :) 3 or 4 10mm bolts and some force to pop it out. Turn the steering wheel to get the tire inward for extra clearance...
I'd recommend an amber LED in there...

I'm close to 180K Miles - all but a few thousand miles with 1.25" Spidertraxx. Have a little play and some groaning when cornering. Planning on swapping both sides - already have the assemblies on-hand from Maron 2 Bumper, and have new rotors and pads ready to swap in since they have to come...
Beware your last statement. Most "Performance/Premium" pads will wear much faster than the OEM compound. I've experienced this with PowerStop and TRD pads now. Neither lasted anywhere near as long as straight Toyota OEM's, and any additional "performance" was really not worth the reduced...
Got it swapped in a flash! Seems to blow a bit harder now (lol - what did I just say? :baby:).
The swap was so easy. I can't believe anyone would charge more than 0.25 hours for that job :) $350 in labor is just wrong, period...
Thanks again for all the easy to find info.
Not 100% sure - but I think that's one of the rear garnish nuts (the plastic "TOYOTA" emblem and rear-hatch key)... Likely nothing to worry about.
Lol 97BlackAckCL - took a break before I posted my reply and then saw your post after I posted :)
Mine began ticking just recently (2013 @ 172K!). Even as we head into October, we still get WAY too hot down here in Texas to imagine going w/o A/C.
Thanks to Jeremy556 and 96r50 for posting the info here. I preemptively ordered the last one Amazon Prime had available and will likely sawp...
Mine will rattle if the seat belt clasp/buckle is not all the way down against the plastic stopper on the belt. As long as the clasp/buckle thing is is as far down as it can go (resting on the plastic stopper on the belt) it doesn't make a peep. Just 2-3 inches higher and it rattles against...
