Not true. My 5th Gens sized faster than my 4th Gens. I'm back to 4th Gen calipers now.

Had the shop remove the cat delete spacers, drove down to Florida and back with no codes and engine idling fine, woohoo!

Haven't towed anything yet with the new springs installed. Unfortunately I need to take the front suspension off and adjust, it is too high in the front :(

Nothing, I had it in there already for replacing the AC and heater core. My friend owns the shop and I trust they did it. Would spraying water mixed with some soap on the headers show where the leak could be? When I'm in the truck with the windows down, it sounds like a leak.

Shop re-torqued them and still sounds like a leak. Also getting codes P0420 and P0430 even with the 90 degree mini cat eliminators. Checking engine light and other lights still showing up. This has been one of the most frustrating modifications I've ever done.

I had the shop use the gaskets included with them from Doug Thorley. I haven’t taken it back to the shop but I am next week to have the AC fixed, I’ll ask them to retorque them. Kinda wish I went with cats now, I can’t drive with the tailgate window down because it smells so bad haha

So I think I have a leak with my new headers. Has anyone had issues with gaskets or anything leaking on them?

I called DT today because my 4Runner is in the shop today finally getting the headers, y pipe and catback installed. They recommended having all header bolts loose before connecting the Y pipe then tightening them. I'll find out for sure if this works for me. I have the URD Y pipe that will...
