Can confirm these still suck October 2022
Ordered these (non-vvti but otherwise same) for my 03 and same complaints. Slag in every tube/between flange and tubes, strange pinched off tubing to meet up with the flange, tubes pointing into the exhaust flow, finish not as pictured (raw steel)...
