Anyone out there with a V8 running C59-296 springs in the front and C59-323 springs in the rear? If my calculations are correct that would be about a 1" rake which I'd like to keep for towing. If anyone has that setup, any issues with 265/70r17 tires on TRD Pro wheels fitting? Thanks in advance.

For those that have successfully installed the DT headers, is there a need to reprogram the ECU to understand the new exhaust flow? All of these systems are programmed from Toyota from the factory to work together, so it stands to reason that a significant change the the exhaust system would...

Just to give you another data point... I bought my 2006 SE 4wd V8 last December with 70k on it in very good condition (no accidents, all service) from a private seller for 16k. This was in Charlotte, NC. I think it was a fair deal; if you want lower miles you're just going to have to cough...

I agree.... low mileage is hard to find. And when you do it ain't cheap. I looked for over a year for a V8 with 4wd and eventually bought my 2006 with 70k miles a little over a month ago. They're out there, but it does take patience.

Any rust underneath? Timing belt been done?

Just read though this thread because I'm considering the 4th gen. Did Toyota ever fix this issue? If they have a new gasket kit when did they start installing the new gaskets straight from the factory?
