The block was completed about 6 or 7 months ago and everything was put back together a little over a month ago.

It reads 12.7 volts resting. I checked the ground to the firewall and that is good, and the ground on the drivers side is grounded to the engine mount. Would this perhaps make any difference versus being grounded to the engine block?

Hey, I'm located in Orlando. I'm willing to meet within a reasonable distance if necessary. It came off of my '99 and I only swapped it out for my 4x4 conversion. The transmission had just over 215,000 when pulled.

I had an intermittent misfire, mine ended up being a single fuel injector. I lean toward this because when I did the good 'ole fuel injector test with some carb cleaner and a battery, it would work sometimes and other times wouldn't get anything. (explains the lapse in the misfire occurrences)...

I would also check the oil cooler. Leaked on mine before I did the rebuild. Pretty easy to get to and narrows down the list. The seal basically can become solid depending on how long it's been on there. Just another thought.
