I did it the lazy way, just plugged in the top antenna. Works fine around town.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but my '07 4runner has rust on the sunroof as well. Would it be hard to remove it, clean it off, and respray it? Or should I get it replaced? It's not terrible so maybe I should just live with it like it is.
