Our 2016 Premium does the same thing with our IPhone 7's. Have to turn Bluetooth off and then reconnect. Did you download the entune app?

Checked our 2016 last night and it was 19.1 with 713 miles on it. New wheels and tires are going on next week so we will see if it changes.
