I never changed battery for my cars. maybe I never drove a car older than 5 years. Now, I have 2 new cars and i drive them in turn. In next 10 years, each car will have a mileage of 100k. Does the life span of battery depend on age or mileage?

3rd generation is at least 13 years old , 1995-2002 even it runs good but some parts will have problems soon. I recommend later generation.

i have not heard any news about next gen 4runner but i do like the current gen and the previous one. i hope toyota will continue to make this truck instead of cross over. my 2013 4runner are quite fuel efficient.
