My buddy with the Tacoma lifted his truck, I wanted to know if his stock sport shocks would fit My 2010 4runner since he no longer needs them.

I have a 2010 4runner and I have a buddy who has a 2012 Tacoma Sport, He replaced the shocks in order to do a lift and Told me I could have them. My question is will his shocks fit my 4runner? I was contemplating buying the Bilstein 5100 to help with nose dive but If I can use his and alleviate...

Robotkiller, I believe the trail edition has a different suspension! I could be wrong but I think I remember the sales guy telling me this! Man... I'm kicking my self for not remembering if the other 4runners that I test drove handled differently. Grrr.:rant:

Gasdoc, You are right the X5 is an amazing machine. I was perfectly happy with it till it started to need some $pendy repairs, it had become unreliable and with a beautiful wife and a small child I couldn't have her stranded where ever the car decided to stop running.....it happened 2 too many...
