    Too Lean!!

    Try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes to reset the ECU as well, also you didn't post if you have any kind of intake or airbox mods.

    You are correct.. it takes about 40,000 volts to fire the Xenon gas, but only 12 volts to sustain the light.

    Ask those questions here... www.bobistheoilguy.com There are actual used oil analysis on that forum with facts rather than preferences. I forgot to add that I only use OEM filters, you can buy them in a case of 10 for $35 so it's money well spent.

    Re: supercharger not less reliable Not to start a flame war on superchargers, but I would say that the lifespan of a 3.4l is reduced when force inducted. Not to mention the possibility of the supercharger itself failing, and the added stress on the drivetrain.
