Help me too I have the same problem on my 4runner 99. I put the light tester clamp to positive on battery and testing on fuse port... Im still having a bright light.. I don't know where is the short! By now I disconnected: Radio (after market) Cigarette Clock Alarm (after market) 2 roof...
