if you're having that much trouble then i suggest taking off the headlights

i did it without taking off my battery. like i said above just twist and wiggle hard as f*(&. work on the passenger side first to get a feel of it since there's more room there.

stand in front of the bumper and use your right hand to take off the driver side bulb, left for passenger side bulb. use some force and wiggle a little. do it yourself, it cost no more than $10. edit: you don't have to follow which hands for which bulbs.. that's just how i do it.

Run new and thicker wires for all speakers and amps. You're going to sound deaden the rear anyway so you might as well run new wires also. Not hard especially since you can remove the grommets. Plus it's better to just know where everything is and how things are set up in your own car.

you can disconnect the grommets on all the doors.. makes life way easier..
