Do a leak down test on all cylinders, that will tell you exactly which valve are bad and if your rings are ok as well. Also check your valve adjustment, if it's too tight that will cause a leak as well.

Yes, the boot is suppose to seal, it keeps the grease in and everything else out. As far as the boot it may be able to be replaced, on this app. I have no idea. I do know of a few that can be. I'd just replace it and call it a day.

If you just put it on that might be why. Let it settle it should level out a little bit. I'm not sure how this this lift works but if it's new coil springs check to make sure they are seated right.

Yeah you should be able to fit 38's. I can right now up front but would rub like crazy in the rear.

Yeah that one hole I hit the other way and went right through it, but it stuck everywhere up front. Took ten mins just to get where I didnt shake the **** out of the truck. Anyways shes clean(er) now.

Almost got stuck here, then I found out one of my hubs wasn't locked. It was fun but it's taken forever and a day to clean. Going again today but deff. with the damn top ON. I swear if there was a spot mud could get, it found it.

I did it today and I have to say it's the funnest thing ever, you get a lil dirty well really dirty but it's worth it. I'll post pics tomorrow, it also rained today so she got a bath as well.

Yeah I want a regear bad, I was thinking of some 5.71's and 38's, should fit quite nice after a little more lift.

Actually not bad, but I never use 5th unless I'm going 70+ which is never, I will use it going down hill though. I usually roll around in 4th, major hills require 3rd but other than that shes fine. She does awesome in the mud too, of forgot one of my favorite things, I get 20mpg. Can't beat...

I wonder why some of yall say yall can barly move with 31's on your 2nd gen Runner. I have 35's with stock gears and a stock 22RE. Maybe my 22RE is just a brute. I'm not saying it's fast, but hell it's as faster than an 18 wheeler and other slow moving vehicles. What impressed me was the mud...
