It revs up to 1700 rpm at start up and slowly goes down to 1k and stays there for a bit then eventually 650 after probably 10minutes. This never happened before. I consider it rough and sometimes the rpm would go up for no reason just idling. Nothing was turned on or off. The rpm goes straight...
I've taken this off. That part you have is not on my throttle body. In fact I have removed all screws to the point that I'm just looking at gears inside the throttle body. Nothing that even remotely looks like the picture.
I can't start a new thread and I have looked everywhere. Where is the IAC in a 2002 4runner. I've taken off the TB and opened it up and it's all gears. No pictures or videos of the location. My throttle body doesn't look like majority of the 3rd gen 4runners out there.
