i just had a catastrophic sidewall failure on a 285/75 16 treadwright come through my shop last month. blew out doing 70 something miles an hour down the highway. something aint right over there at treadwright.
My end caps were cut by the previous owner when he installed the arb. I didn't weld or reinforce anything when I installed my winch. No problems. No movement, and I've pulled a LOT of heavy shit out of the mud with it.
