Forgot to mention - 2000 4Runner.

Odd problem here. The reverse indicator light is dim when in park. Turn on the head lights and put them on high beam and the reverse indicator light gets bright. Do this when moving and vehicle shifts to low gear. Anyone experienced this issue?
