ssingh... Go with the 4runner, man. I don't have any kids, nor have I drove the MDX, but I do know that you can't go wrong with a 4Runner. It looks better, performs better, and probably will have a better resale value. The guys on this forum know their SUV stuff, so I would take their advice...

Yeah, I would go over it fine toothed comb. If you have a sunroof, make sure that it doesn't rattle, or that the engine doesn't make any noises as well. Test drive it with the windows down, so that you could hear the engine. Look out for any other rattling as well. Other than that, congrats...
