No this stuff is more like hard plastic when it's done. Should be able to find someone local that sprays high pressure bed liner. Bullet liner, rhino and all the major company's should be the high pressure stuff. They are able to get it much thicker

Raptor liner is ok and not hard to touch up. I have a friend that owns tough coat liner. Is a high pressure liner that's extremely strong. He did my rear and front bumper. Sliders will probably be the same but won't be as easy to fix.

Flux isn't bad but a bit messy. It only likes clean surfaces and not much of a gap. Ultimately can make some nice welds. I wouldn't hesitate to make a bumper with that welder. I only recently got a 180amp. Everything before was a Lincoln 140. No issues with up to1/4 inch. Just weld slow and take...
Probably not the best option. What size is it? I had a 90amp once and it wouldn't weld until I put some Hobart wire in it.

Tuff coat done. Will be in south Arkansas for a few days. I'll get on Friday and post a pic. Think it looks killer. Can't wait to get it on.

Thanks. It's mainly all 10 gauge plate. Normally do 3/16 but was trying to keep weight down. The tube is 1 5/8s 120 wall. It's all finished now other than bed liner. Just had it sand blasted. I'll post update pics when it's done.

Thanks. Its bed liner I got on ebay. It's called raptor liner. Real easy to spray and it's strong. Same stuff I put on rack and sliders. Probably going to do a swing out tire carrier through plastic bumper and be done with it.
Yeah I built it. Its not perfect. Was in a serious hurry. It will do the job tho. Been wanting to get my winch installed. I got it ll painted so I will post Pic once I get winch in.
Yes I built it. It's my second one. Like this one much better. All you need is a 4 inch grinder. I cut all of the first bumper by hand. This one is all hand cut other than front plate. Used a plasma table just to make it look little more clean.
