You want Tundra Access can springs and compatible shocks on the front and Land Cruiser coils with either LC shocks (cheaper and work just fine) or something comparable on the rear. The whole lift can be done for roughly $500.

Mine came off a stock 4WD Tundra. Maybe because it was Limited? I don't know about Tundras to comment on why the Limited had it, but there were no TRD badged/stickers on it.
