if u get desperate and want to get rid of it for $100, I'd be interested. I too am in memphis. But that means i need help with install too. lol. Ive run wiring for light bar and can solder but not much audio expereince.

fwiw i have a powered sub power by power inverter and tapped into rear speakers for audio and sounds great. Only wish I could get 400 watts from inverter so I could use a larger sub.
