    19 foot 3900lb trailer towable w/V8?

Question for you guys towing... what load range are you using for towing? Stock C-load, or did you upgrade to a "D" or "E" load? If you have a "D" or "E" how is it for ride while NOT towing? Thanks

    Considering an '06 Sport V8...questions

Hey Oliver, I'm from New Brunswick as well... and I will repeat what was said above... that price is almost too good to be true, although if it really is 159K miles, and not km's then that would be a good reason why. I bought my 2006 Limited with 109K kilometers and it was 2.5 times that amount...

    Cracked Manifold? Lazy Dealer?

They likely would not have heard it if they just let it idle and listened, they need to take it for a drive in their lot with the windows down (and next to a building where the noise will bounce back) because it really only does it when their is compression on the engine (in gear and driving)...

    Wurring noise driving me nuts

Well, I'm thinking (and hoping) that its not the issue, but certainly it had entered my mind because it kinda sounds like it might be the front Diff. Sounds funny but I feel better reading this thread and hearing it might be teh wheel bearings. Just made an appt with my dealer and explained to...

    Wurring noise driving me nuts

This sounds exactly what mine started doing about a week, maybe two, ago... a whuring noise that sounds like part of the drive train (as the OP, still makes the sound in neutral). Will have to get it shecked out... might also be wheel bearings? What worries me is that I switched over to Amsoil...

    Time to say farewell.

Thanks Jetboy. The reason I was asking was because I'm still trailer searching, and for what I want in a trailer, its kinda pushing the limits (like you said) so that I have to really watch the weight I put in it, and I have been looking st the Tundra Crew Max as well thinking... "well, if I...

    Time to say farewell.

Hey Jeyboy.... congrats on the new ride. Very nice... especially the interior, looks sharp and classy. Guess you decided the new 26BHSS was a bit too much for the 4Runner afterall?

    Exhaust manifold leak/tick

Crap, this really sucks. The noise is driving me nuts (mind you, its starting to get colder here so my windows are up more now then they were a month ago). Mine too can only be heard once you start driving (cannot be heard in neutral or in gear with brake on) in low RPM's when cold. I was...

    Exhaust manifold leak/tick

In the TSB, it states "Market - USA" - is there different TSB's specific to Canada or are these applicable in Canada as well?

    Exhaust manifold leak/tick

Crap... mine just started doing this 2 weeks ago. I feared this was the case. We had it at the dealer and my wife asked them about it and they said they suspected it was a cracked manifold and told her it was a $1,500 job (roughly). Mine has 120,520km's (74,890 miles). I can't stand that ticking...

    Think she is totaled?

I'm not sure who this is directed at, hopefully not me because that was not my intent. I just stated that I would really make sure the frame was good and other then that... I agree... it just sucks and is very unfortunate. And as a result, unfortunately the end result is that it could very well...

03 with Fj Steel and tires

I wasn't meaning to be ignorant, stating my opinion that I don't care for solid black wheels on these T4R's, but I know there are others on here that are. in teh end, as long as you like it that is all that matters.
