ir runs for 30 seconds then shuts down, code says 12 put in new injectors, fuel pump, and fuel filter any ideas guys

Hi everyone I have a 1988 4-runner it runs for about 30 seconds and stalls out code on it is 12 any ideam what could be the problem and the fix. changed out fuel filter, fuel pump and injectors allready any help would be helpfull thanks
