If you are not changing your outer tie rods you should be good. If you are, measure the length of your existing outer tie rods to the locking nut and start with that measurement on your new tie rods. Then jack up the front so the tires are a bit off the ground and hook things up.

This is what I do. But I also wheel mine.

I did on mine for a couple years - then it sprouted 37s and turned in to more of a trail rig.

I have an Aussie in the front. Has been great for my application. Biggest issue I have found is running 4hi on compact snow/ice. The locker in front will try to keep pulling you straight when cornering. If you feather the gas it will allow the locker to release. Or sometimes I just unlock one hub.

I may have a set that I could part with. I know I have two sets somewhere in the shop - question would be can I find the clips for the rear doors.

What year and flavor?

Another for the kill switch - I like the fuel pump route.

The KO2 tires are my all time favorite. Back and forth over the Oregon mountain passes with compact snow/ice, playing in deep snow, and all around use. I have had good luck getting lots of miles out of them too. Important to use the proper air pressure (with any tire actually).

Do you have a sunroof?

I just switched to red loctite and have not had another issue.

Wheelers Offroad used to for an extra fee - you could check with them.

I replaced my lower grab handle screw with a RAM ball mount and put my phone there.

I am interested in the SPC UCAs but don't need anything else.
