Well I just replaced the Exhaust manifold with no problems. No rust issues here. and the stud twisted partially out and looks like it was striped inside fromt he factory. With 146k on the runner I am thinking i might want a new cat anyway. What do you guys think about a new cat with that many miles.

Ok pretty new here. I have had some driveability problems as of late in my 2.7L 99 4runner. I went to replace the O2 sensors and one of the studs broke. Does this mean I need to get a new Cat or have any of you had any luck extracting the stud from the exhaust. Thanks Kevin
