Finally got around to playing with some Plastidip, took care of the front and the roof rack. I know it's been around forever now but as a first time use I was very impressed. Also as nice as the runner looked when I removed the roof rack, it is kayak season so the racks had to go on.

maybe stating the obvious but get a set of j racks, I have the Thule j racks that mount easy to the stock rack and makes its much easier to load and unload.

I have sold and assisted installs for Katzkin leather kits when I worked in the auto industry. I can tell you right now it is a long tedious process, great job for installing it yourself. Not many people would or should even attempt it.

They talk about the other vehicle being based on the ford platform but they never say anything about the other vehicle other than it competes with the Jeep Wrangler. Definitely looks like a concept that will maybe get Toyota thinking for a next generation of the FJ.
