looks like I'm gonna do a few things on my 4runner to turn off vsc and prevent them from turning back on. i'm gonna be dropping fuel tank in a month or so anyway to fix some frame rust so looks like I'll be doing that evap valve on top of gas tank as previously mentioned in a different forum...
