Help...gas/air issues...lagging, no power. I have replaced my 99 SR5's spark plugs, fuel filter, ignition coils, and mass air flow sensor and I'm still having idle and performance issues. My 4 runner won't do over 65mph on the highway way, any hill I approach really slows me down. I don't know...

I own a 99 SR5 that had 220,000k miles on it when I got it. It now it has 390,000 I'm just needing to replace valve cover gaskets, ball joints, timing belt, and basic items that have wear and tear. 137k on a 2000 I would consider very low miles. Just tune it up. (Spark plugs/wires, fuel filter...
