To all with an issue, I would try to lubricate the tracks with silicon lube... Seems to have fixed mine!

Kuat makes the best racks on the market. Period. I believe the skinny has an integrated 9mm QR bike mount at the front. They're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. I also recommend their NV hitch mounted rack for bikes.

I'm also curious on how the frame got bent OP, and if the lower ball joints have been replaced, I know on this year they were recalled. I'm interested as well... Thanks!
