Pull the old one and check for power in the wires leading into it. If there's power and it doesn't work, then probably a good idea to replace. If there's no power, then something else is wrong. Did you already check the fuses?

snowboardwcu - Just the TOYB3. It had everything I needed. You should only need one or the other (TOYU3 OR TOYB3) depending on your needs, not both. Good luck! -Roman
