Call them or take it to the shop you purchased and they will give you a new one. Bilstein has one of the best lifetime warranties around.

The best thing about 5100s are that they have a lifetime warranty on them. If they start leaking or go to crap, you simply take them to the local shop you picked them up from and they will give you a brand new one to replace it with. I ran these on my 4door JKU Wrangler and had 2 different...

Best word of advise.... Use what the manual says you should use. They manufactured your vehicle to a certain set of standards. Better standards can come out, but guess what... your vehicle wasn't built to those "better standards"
