As much as dealers get a bad rap, - if I wasn't going to do it myself - then I'd take it to a Toyota dealer. More experience with your particular vehicle.

From what I read (somewhere) , the turn signal wires are not included in all the doors. You "might" be able to put the mirrors on, and you might be able to get the puddle lights to work, but - as I heard - if you don't run new T-signal wires up into the doors, you wont have the signals lights...

I agree You can put the auto running boards on, but I think they add needless complexity. It's just something else that can break and they cost quite a pretty penny (compared to the fixed boards that you can buy).
