What's the LEXUS TSB # for this fix? I think I'm having same issue in my '03 LTD and am in Russia, where Toyota dealerships are total shit. Taking my 4R to a local service station specializing in Toyota SUVs, might as well bring the printout of the TSB (I have membership to TundraSolutions)

I have one, and I'm in Moscow. I think I've seen maybe 4 or 5 other 4th gen 4runners here, 1 SR5, two I think SE and two (not including mine) LTD.

I have a similar problem with 2003 4R -- took it to the official dealer here in Moscow, they diagnosed a faulty transfer case actuator -- apparently damage may be caused to it if you do something to the ECU without disconnecting the battery. Now trying to figure out where I can get this fixed...

I'm pretty sure this isn't normal -- when I shift my 4runner into 4Lo mode, unless I'm in neutral it begins to beep consistently and I am not quite sure that the 4Lo is engaging. If I am in N (neutral) nothing really happens until I shift to any other gear (including park) and then the beeps go...
