I believe there is a bushing/washer set that is mirrored on the opposite side of the strut mount in addition to the pair above the strut mount. They should sit on the shock boot.

I’m guessing you purchased and installed these as fully assembled coilovers? It’s odd that the dust boot is missing, makes me wonder if you’re missing the spacer/washer that sit below the strut mount because I’m pretty sure they sit on that dust boot. Also, not sure if it matters, but I know...

I actually have no idea to be honest, I purchased the car this way. I haven't been able to find any bull bars that look like this that are specific to 4Runners, so I assume it's some generic bull bar of some sort? The front bumper itself is otherwise stock.
