If you reboot the leaking cv immediately you should be fine. I have the same setup in the front w/ the 2nd perch too. Both my cv leaked right after I lifted (they were originals though so the rubber was 14 yo.) I pulled them and put in new NAPA cv. They have been holding up fine and I've gone up...

I can't speak to the vibrations you have going on, but if you do replace the cv axles I would only recommend NAPA (new) if your on a budget and don't do alot of wheeling or OEM if you want the best.
