Bottom setting is the only one that will work on the 5100's with the 883's. However, you should really keep the OME coils paired with the OME shocks on the front of these trucks.

You can run 2 lugs on to hold the rotor in place and see if that seats the rotor properly.

The 4 cylinder and v6 diff have a few different ratios that are used. Most common is 4.10 but 3.90, 4.30, 4.56, and even 4.88's can also come in those diffs from the factory.

As long as the motor is healthy and maintenance is up to date, i see no reason not to. I put a supercharger on my 3.4 at 185k and just pulled it off at 225k and built a turbo setup for it thats running 10psi. You will be fine.

No sway bars at all. Stiffer front coilovers and properly valved rear ICON's made a big difference in handling. That and i got used to it after a while.

ABS system needs to be bled as well. Easiest way to do this is bleed the brakes, cycle the ABS system by locking up the brakes, bleed brakes again. I would recommend to find a dirt road or parking lot where you can safely reach about 15mph and then stomp on the brakes to activate the ABS.

Its a no can do to run them higher than the 1st clip man. Anything more than the 1st clip is going to put you higher than 3 inches of front lift which is going to destroy those shocks and put a ton of stress on the balljoints and just about everything else in the front suspension. Trust me, i...

They need to be on the bottom clip. You have too much lift which is causing the alignment to have too little caster

Yes factory bolt and washer. You have the correct bushing in there.
